We want you to be happy with Haat Studio. Every new shop gets 5 free credits to try it before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from My plan or by writing to hello@haatstudio.co.in. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then your account moves to pay as you go. Credits from packs are never lost, and your products and designs are kept. Packs never renew.

Refunds

• Monthly plans (Shop ₹299, Busy shop ₹699, Boutique ₹1,499): 30 days of credits, paid once (nothing renews by itself). Not refunded once you have used its credits, because the AI costs of what you make are paid straight away. If you have not used any, write to us within 7 days of paying for a full refund.
• Credit packs (₹249, ₹649, ₹2,099): a full refund within 7 days if none of the pack's credits have been used.
• Charged twice for the same thing: always refunded in full.
• If an AI photo, reel or video ad fails, its credits come back to you automatically.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Write to hello@haatstudio.co.in with your account email and the payment reference.
